Let me tell you why
Your Sanctuary for Hormonal Health and Movement
At The Still Room, we believe that true wellbeing is an art form—one that requires an integrative approach. Founded by Priyanka, a former fashion communications designer turned holistic movement teacher, our space bridges conscious design with multi-disciplinary health practices.
Priyanka holds her Yoga Teacher Training certification through Yoga Alliance alongside specialised certification in Women’s Hormonal Yoga. To deliver a complete spectrum of care, she has curated a collaborative team of specialists, including psychologists, life coaches, pranayama and meditation experts, and women's hormonal health coaches.
Together, our team works in harmony to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, endocrine balance, and deep emotional reset—offering a refined, fully supported environment tailored to your unique journey.

Off the matt
I'm usually exploring the city's coffee shops, hiking local trails and trying not to kill my houseplants. I believe yoga is something you live, not just practice, which is why you'll find me taking movement breaks during Netflix binges or stretching in grocery store aisles.
